What you will learn?

Yoga Postures 

Asana 

Each day will begin with warm up exercises and Surya Namaskar rounds. Followed by various postures focusing on certain part of the body such as upper body, lower body, core, back etc.

Subtle Body Relaxation

Yog Nidra

The practice of postures will conclude with a rejuvenating and relaxing Yoga Nidra allowing the body and mind transition to subtle pranayama practices.

Breathing Techniques

Pranayama

Along with the breath, we are constantly absorbing the life force, the vital energy. Breathing techniques help in effective absorption of subtle and rich forms of energy surrounding us. We will practice at least 2 breathing techniques every day.

Meditation

Dhyana

Yoga postures, subtle relaxation and pranayama are only preparatory steps to enable deep meditation. Meditation is the whole purpose of the practice and without meditation, the practice remains incomplete. We will conclude the practice with meditation.

Devotion & Spiritual Wisdom

Our scriptures teach us the way to connect to the universal consciousness, the supreme being is through devotion. devotion is possible when the body and mind are free from afflictions. While postures, pranayama will purify the body, knowledge and meditation will purify our mind. Every session will offer gems of wisdom from scriptures such as Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali Yog Sutras blended along with the flow of practice.
